What can I expect from the event?
After its world premiere in Madrid, an innovative proposal arrives in Barcelona with the aim of paying homage to the great artist and presenting Dalí's works in a unique way. This initiative aims to immerse the public in the heart of his art, offering an immersive, didactic and different artistic experience.
Where is the experience held?
The experience takes place at the Reial Cercle Artístic De Barcelona, Calle Arcs nº5, 08002, Barcelona.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place in an air-conditioned indoor space.
How long does the experience last?
The average visit time is approximately 60 minutes. Check our schedules to organize your visit with enough time to see it in its entirety!
Will food and beverages be available for purchase on site?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or beverages for sale at this event. Additionally, it is not permitted to bring food and beverages into the exhibition.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this location, so we recommend that you do not arrive by car.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience includes several cutting-edge technologies such as virtual reality, augmented reality, micromapping, among others .
Will there be products for sale?
Want to buy a souvenir to take home? You can access the store for free without having to enter the Expo. You will find a wide variety of products related to the exhibition.
TICKETS
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we recommend you reserve your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the website www.dalichallengebcn.es.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional assistance. Be sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever application.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app in the “Tickets” section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows for date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to take.

ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
If you arrive late we will try to accommodate you, subject to availability. However, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes in advance, as we cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the hours indicated on the entrance ticket when the capacity is full.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the venue for this event, although we do welcome service animals.
Is the site accessible?
To date, there is only one part of the building that is not yet accessible, and that corresponds to floor -1 of the exhibition halls, which due to its characteristics we have not yet been able to adapt. We continue working to make all the spaces of the Reial Cercle Artístic accessible. The Cercle has its headquarters in a historic building, the Palau Pignatelli and in recent years has made a major intervention to open up the spaces of the institution.
What are the prohibited items in the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Smoking and vaping are not allowed in this area.
Do you offer caregiver tickets?
Visitors who need assistance during this experience can purchase an additional ticket at a reduced price for their companion. At the entrance simply show proof that you need a companion for the ticket to be valid.
Is the exposure too dark? Can it generate fear? Will there be strobe lights?
It is not dark, there is a lot of light in all spaces, in virtual reality there are moments that can generate surprise to the viewer, but nothing of terror. This event will not include strobe lights.
Are chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a guided tour, but you will find seats to rest at some points such as in the virtual reality room or the video viewing room.
Will there be restrooms available on site?
This place has restrooms. Ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take pictures or record the experience?
It is allowed to take pictures for personal and non-commercial use, except for the Surrealism area, where it is forbidden to take pictures and videos. Be sure to remove the flash, as it may disturb other visitors. The use of tripods, monopods and selfie sticks is prohibited inside the exhibition.
Where can I inquire about lost and found?
We recommend asking the staff if they have found your belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to 4 years old can access the exhibition free of charge by requesting the ticket at the box office and coming properly identified. Children up to 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult family member or, where appropriate, by their guardians or caregivers in the case of school groups.
Will there be an audio guide?
This experience will include a podcast audio story available in Catalan, Spanish and English. You will have to access through your smartphone, so bring it with enough battery! Remember to bring your headphones to enjoy the audio story and make the experience a success.
